Radiance VestRadiance Vest (FlexPattern #0801) -- This pattern is perfectly suited to a yarn with long color sections. The bias-knit front panel showcases the yarn and flatters the wearer, while the side-to-side stockinette back does the same. This model was done in Trendsetter Tonalita.

Knitted with worsted or heavy worsted yarn at 4.5 sts per inch. Six sizes from 32-52" (81-132 cm). The model was made with Trendsetter Tonalita.

The following pictures are of various stages of the steeking process. More steeking resources can be found on the Resources page of this site.

The first picture (left) shows the steek prior to cutting. Black yarn was used to crochet the reinforcement on either side of the center stitch. I've also woven in a light blue yarn up the center stitch to further identify it before cutting.


This is the same stage of the process, just from further back to show the overall piece at this point.


Here's what it looks like immediately after the steek has been cut. Now the v-neck becomes obvious.
