My Favorite HandwarmersMy Favorite Handwarmers (FlexPattern #0816) -- These use a stitch pattern that really shows off handpainted yarns. Although it may look complex, it's very simple and actually quite addicting to knit. These work up so fast you'll want to make them again after you gift your first pair away as gifts.

One size fits most women. The rib pattern stretches nicely to fit hands from 6.5 to 9" around palm (measured without the thumb).

This pair was made with one skein of Harmony by Chameleon Colorworks (50% alpaca, 30% merino, 20% silk), colorway: Bahamas. (224 yd/204 m, 3.5 oz/100g). If substituting another yarn, you'll need about 175 yards for a pair.
