 Breckenridge Cardigan with vest option (FlexPattern #0805) -- Several years ago I attended an October wedding in the mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado. I was in awe of the majestic scenery, and was reminded of it recently when I found this yarn that nearly replicates the golden color of the aspen trees and the brilliant blue of the sky. The stitch pattern with vertical ridges further evokes the image of the Rocky Mountains. I can almost smell the fresh mountain air, can't you?Knitted at 5.5 sts per inch. Seven sizes for finished chest measurements from 34.5-53.25" (88-135 cm). The model was made with di.Ve Autunno, a wonderfully soft merino wool.

 All you have to do to make a vest is leave off the sleeves and work a row of single crochet around the armholes.
